Work from anywhere in North America. Bring your own quiet remote setup with solid internet, webcam, and mic.
$100K USD base plus performance bonus tied to team and client outcomes. Bigger ceiling as you deliver.
Direct partnership with the founder and Head of Go-to-Market. Your work shapes the company, not just a roadmap ticket.
Post consistently on LinkedIn with team support. Your audience becomes a long-term personal asset that travels with you.
Small, tight-knit team of operators who care deeply about the work and each other. You're building something different, not just collecting a paycheck.
Events, offsites, and working sessions. Bonus points if you're within a flight of Toronto.
The biggest bottleneck in a fast-growing agency is not leads and it is not clients. It is operations. The second you stop being able to deliver at scale, everything else stops mattering.
This role exists because we are at that inflection point. We need someone who has been through that scale before, who knows what breaks and how to build the systems that hold up. You would be partnering directly with me to run the operational engine of this company.
If you are the kind of person who thinks in systems, holds a team accountable without micromanaging, and wants to actually build something rather than just maintain it, I want to talk to you.

Aaron Shepherd
Founder, GrowthFlare
Before anything else, you know where every active client campaign stands. What is hitting targets, what is slipping, and what needs your attention today. You are never surprised.
Standup with the fulfillment team. Everyone walks away with clear priorities, blockers surfaced, and nothing falling between the cracks. You hold the rhythm.
When a campaign is underperforming, you are the one who catches it before the client does. You diagnose the issue, adjust the strategy, and get it back on track. Campaign analysis, copy review, direct team coaching.
When the team is running well, you are building what lets it keep running at the next level. SOPs, playbooks, onboarding frameworks, AI-native workflows. If it is not documented, it does not exist.
L10 review, weekly 1:1s, and pipeline check. You look at the numbers across the whole org, identify what is stalling, and set the priorities for the coming week.
Daily standups, Slack, and ongoing coaching keep the team aligned and accountable.
1:1s, pod meetings, and scorecard reviews. You hold the cadence.
Recruit and onboard Go-to-Market Engineers as we scale. Design onboarding and ongoing training programs.
Document the systems that drive client results forward. If it isn't written, it doesn't exist.
Full visibility into what's working and what's slipping, before it slips. Every client has a clear owner.
Use Claude Code and modern tooling to create real leverage across the team.
You've run the operational side of a service business, not just executed inside one.
Volume, infrastructure, deliverability, and the operational mechanics that break at every growth stage.
Direct people leadership with accountability for outcomes, not just coordination.
Not just maintained someone else's. You think in systems and roll up your sleeves the same week.
You take things into your own hands, protect the founder's attention, and only escalate the real walls.
Core to how we operate. We want people who build leverage with AI, not just use it.
Yes. Remote-first, though we do occasional offsites and in-person working sessions. Bonus if you are within a flight of Toronto.
Application, then an intro call with Aaron, then a strategy task so we can both see how you think, then an offer if it is a fit. We move fast.
A fulfillment team of 4 to 6 to start. You will also be building out the hiring pipeline and expanding the team as we grow.
A lot. You are partnering directly with Aaron and the Head of Go-to-Market Strategy. There is no layer of management between you and real decisions.
Not a specific agency background, but you need to understand how outbound at scale works operationally. Volume, deliverability, infrastructure, and the mechanics that break as you grow.
