We're hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer at GrowthFlare

You are the operator who turns a buying signal into a booked call. You build the lead lists, stand up the campaigns, and wire the AI-native workflows that let one person do the work of a four-person ops team, and you own the client outcome end to end.

Benefits

Why partner with us at GrowthFlare?

100% Remote

Work from anywhere in North America. Bring your own quiet remote setup with solid internet, webcam, and mic.

Competitive Base + Bonus

A flat base plus performance bonus tied to the client outcomes you drive. As you build more leverage, your ceiling moves with it.

Real Ownership

You own client campaigns end to end, from list to booked call. Direct partnership with the founder and Head of Go-to-Market, not a queue of tickets.

Build With AI

Claude Code and a stack of API keys are core to the job, not a side experiment. You ship internal tooling that used to take a four-person team.

Mission-Driven Team

Small, tight-knit team of operators who care deeply about the work and each other. You're building something different, not just collecting a paycheck.

Skills That Compound

Learn the full GTM-engineering stack: list construction, deliverability, automation, and offer. The rarest, most portable skill set in B2B right now.

Strip the branding and Go-to-Market engineering is one thing: build the systems that spot a buyer showing intent, turn that signal into a precise list, and get a relevant message out the door without a human copying and pasting in the middle.

That job used to take a four-person ops team. Today one sharp operator with Claude Code and a stack of API keys does it, and does it better. This role is that operator. You own the machine that turns signal into booked calls for real clients.

If you like building leverage more than doing busywork, if you would rather automate a task than repeat it, and if you want a clear line between what you build and the outcome it drives, I want to talk to you.

Day in the life

What a typical day actually looks like:

01
Morning

Build the list

You build lists around the specific buyer the filter cannot see, stacking title variations so the search does not miss half the market, and doing it cheaply. A category is a bucket, and you cannot write to a bucket.

02
Daily

Launch and monitor campaigns

You stand up outbound campaigns, keep the infrastructure healthy, and watch the numbers live. When deliverability or reply rate moves, you catch it before it becomes a problem.

03
Ongoing

Watch the signals

Hiring posts, ad spend, social activity, funding. You watch for the events that mean a company is in motion, and the list rebuilds itself around who is showing intent this week instead of who existed in a database last year.

04
Between builds

Wire the workflows

When a task shows up twice, you automate it. Claude Code, n8n, and the API stack become internal tooling that removes the human bottleneck between a signal and a sent email.

05
End of day

Own the numbers

You check the dashboard for every client you run, note what moved and why, and pick the one change that compounds tomorrow. Every day is a data point.

The role

Here's what you'll own every day:

Responsibilities

Build precise lead lists

Construct lists around real buyers in motion, stack title variations, and keep the cost per list low. The list is the campaign.

Stand up and run outbound campaigns

Own campaigns end to end in EmailBison: setup, copy, sequencing, and the deliverability that keeps them landing.

Monitor infrastructure and deliverability

Watch the health of the sending infrastructure and step in before a problem reaches the client.

Build AI-native workflows

Use Claude Code, n8n, and the API stack to remove manual steps and create real leverage across every client you run.

Own client dashboards and outcomes

Full visibility into what is working and what is slipping, before it slips. You own the booked-call number, not just the activity.

Iterate on copy and offer

Read what the market actually replies to and adjust. Always looking for a more compelling reason for the prospect to show up.

Requirements

Based in North America

You work North American business hours and are available to run campaigns and respond to signals live.

Technical and resourceful

You are comfortable with APIs, no-code and automation tools, and figuring out what you do not already know. When something breaks, you fix it.

You build leverage with AI

You use Claude Code and modern tooling to automate work, not just to answer questions. You would rather build the system than repeat the task.

Outcome-obsessed

You own the number. You care whether the call gets booked, not whether the task got marked done.

Organized and relentless

You never drop a client, a campaign, or a lead. You track everything and nothing falls through the cracks.

Bonus: outbound or GTM experience

Familiarity with outbound at scale or tools like EmailBison, Clay, Attio, or n8n. Not required, but it moves you up the list.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers:

Is this a full-time role?

Yes. Full-time, remote, working North American business hours.

What does the interview process look like?

Application, then a short intro call with Aaron, then a build task so we can both see how you work, then an offer if it is a fit. We move fast.

When would I start?

As soon as possible. We are not running a slow hiring process. Once we find the right person, we move.

Do I need agency or outbound experience?

Not specifically. We care more that you can build systems, learn fast, and use AI to create leverage. If you have run outbound before, that is a plus.

What tools will I use?

EmailBison for campaigns, Claude Code and n8n for automation, Attio and our internal OS for CRM and dashboards, and Slack for the team. We keep the stack tight and purposeful.
